  • You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products to you.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion, even after sending a confirmation email.

Prices & Payment Terms

  • All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Website are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be received before order acceptance.
  • Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling.
  • All such taxes and charges will be added to your total price and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
  • We strive to display accurate price information; however, we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing and availability.

Shipments, Delivery, Title and Risk of Loss

  • We arrange shipment of products with shipping charges borne by you.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon product transfer to the carrier.
  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
  • Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
  • No refunds on products designated as non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for consequential damages exceeding the purchase amount.
